SHIPPING
At Najeau, we aim to deliver your order promptly. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
For all pre-orders, delayed or backorders, the customer will be notified via email with an expected ship date.
All orders will be shipped using either UPS or USPS based on the customer's shipping address and location.
Regrettably, we currently only offer shipping within the United States.
After your order is processed and fulfilled, an email containing a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. This email will include a link to the tracking page for you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Once the shipment is in the hands of the shipping provider, any delays or lost items are beyond our liability. It's crucial to provide an accurate shipping address as we cannot take responsibility for the incorrect information provided. If packages are returned due to an inaccurate address, additional shipping charges will be incurred. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for packages lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Feel free to reach out to us should you wish to cancel or modify your order. While we can't assure changes, we'll gladly make every effort for orders not yet processed.
Shortly after placing an order, you should expect to receive an order confirmation. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk email folders and ensure that your email settings permit receiving emails from Najeau.
In the event you have not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at support@mynajeau.com
