Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that sometimes, things may not meet your expectations. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please return it within thirty (30) days from receiving your order while following our return guidelines below.

REFUND GUIDELINES

You have thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, unopened, with all seals intact, tags attached, and in its original packaging. Orders returned beyond the thirty (30) day return window will not be accepted for any form of returns.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please note that sale or promotional discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All eligible returns of items purchased at full price will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that sale or promotional discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

START A RETURN

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at support@mynajeau.com with your Name and Order Number. If your return meets our return guidlines, we'll provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on the shipment process.

Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Upon approval, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.

Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to be present on a banking statement.
